ADMISSIONS PROCESS
STEP 1
ENROLL

Complete the iLumenEd Online Application

Be prepared to submit the following:
-
IEP and 504 plan (where applicable)

Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Application
-
Complete a required ELA and Math Pre-Assessment
STEP 2
ENROLL
-
Complete a Parent Partnership Meeting
-
Complete the iLumenEd Online enrollment Application
-
During the enrollment process be prepared to submit the following:
-
$150 Enrollment Deposit for each student (this deposit will be applied to the first month's tuition)

Records Release Form
-
** Enrollment is open for the current school year through the first quarter and then again in the third quarter.
